For dogs, we require Rabies, Distemper (DA2PP/DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). The Bordetella vaccine does need to be given at least two weeks before your visit.
For cats, we require Rabies, FVRCP (feline distemper), and Feline Leukemia (FeLV).
All vaccines should be done at least 72 hours before your pet’s stay with us.
Kennel cough is a common respiratory illness that dogs can pick up anywhere they’re around other dogs—parks, pet stores, daycare, grooming, you name it. Even vaccinated dogs can still catch it, similar to how people can still get a mild case of the flu after a flu shot. The vaccine helps reduce the risk and severity, but it’s not a 100% guarantee.
Unfortunately, no. We have to keep all pets in our care safe, so we can’t make exceptions when it comes to vaccinations. Once everything is up to date, we’ll be happy to get your pet scheduled after a 14-day incubation period!
It's all up to you. We like to keep your pet on their same diet and schedule they are used to. So it's a good idea to bring their own food. As far as blankets and toys go, we have those, too. You are more than welcome to bring your own though!
The only thing we ask is that you do not bring your dog's food and water dishes. We have many, and we don't want yours to get lost!
Yes! In fact, we encourage it! Any puppy that is fully vaccinated is welcome to join us.

Of course! You can call or text us at (716) 372-2275 anytime during business hours. We also post pictures regularly, so you can see what your pup is up to while they’re here.
There is no physical person here over night, however the entire facility is monitored by the SimpliSafe security system and the owner. In case of an emergency, the owner will arrive on scene to handle the situation.
During the summer months and holidays we recommend scheduling your reservations as soon as you lock down your dates. These times are very busy for us, and the sooner you call, the better the chance you have to reserve a room. Some people make reservations six months to even a year ahead of their scheduled vacation. Any other time, we request you make your reservation at least 48 hours ahead of time.
It can be normal for a medium or large dog to lose between a few pounds during an extended boarding stay. Stress or excitement may lessen his/her appetite. Dogs that are rooming in one of our social areas are getting constant daily exercise and activity. This active lifestyle means they may burn more calories than they do at home. We always keep a close eye on our guests to make sure they are safe, healthy, and having a good time throughout their stay with us. If we ever have any concerns for the safety or comfort of your pet, we will notify you immediately.

We create groups tailored specifically to your dog's personality, and we continuously rotate through, giving each group an equal amount of play time. If your dog doesn't play so well with others, we give them one-on-one play time. We also offer walks for any of our guests so long as you sign one of our waivers! It gives them an extra energy release.
We also post daily pictures of your pups playing, so you can always check there to see what kind of activity they are doing!
Yes, we do! All grooming services include a bath, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, and brushing.
If your dog needs a haircut or more detailed grooming, we offer full and doodle grooms with trimming and styling based on your preferences and your dog’s coat.
For daycare and grooming, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. If we don’t receive that, the full service fee may apply.
For boarding, we also require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged for one night, and no-shows are charged for the first night.
Yes, we do! Our cat condos are in a quiet, separate area away from the dogs so they can relax and enjoy their own peaceful space.
