Holiday Reservations

Holiday Reservation Policy

 

  • A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
  • Effective January 1st, 2019, there will be a $10 surcharge for each dog during holidays and seasonal periods.
  • Holiday reservations require a $25 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation which will be applied toward your reservation balance.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
  • 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
  • A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice

  • Independence Day 7/4-7/5
  • Labor Day 9/2-9/3
  • Thanksgiving 11/28-11/29
  • Christmas  12/24-12/25
  • New Years  12/31-1/1
