Holiday Reservations
Holiday Reservation Policy
- A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a $25 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation which will be applied toward your reservation balance.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered a few days before and a few days after the actual holiday
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- A 2-day (48-hour) cancellation with the exception of holiday periods when a 7-day cancellation applies and is required. With the exception of holiday periods, a $25.00 fee will be charged if no cancellation notice is given.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice
- A $15.00 flat rate will be charged per pet during each holiday period
- Holiday periods for 2021 include:
- Presidents Week: February 12th-22nd
- Spring Break/Easter: April 1st-11th
- Memorial Day: May 26th- June 2nd
- Independence Day: July 1st-7th
- Labor Day: September 2nd- 9th
- Columbus Day: October 7th - 14th
- Thanksgiving: November 19th-November 29th
- Christmas: December 20th-28th
- New Years: December 29th-January 4th
